All in-stock items ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday. In-stock orders received on Saturday, Sunday or on holidays will be shipped the following business day. Items not in stock generally ship within 2-5 business days ARO (after receipt of order) depending on availability from factory. If you need your order sooner, call us at 214-579-9502.

Special Shipping and Handling

Items over 75lbs. and larger electric motors are usually shipped motor freight (often on a pallet) due to size/weight restrictions to help prevent damage in transit and do not qualify for free shipping unless specifically indicated on the product page.  When shipping motor freight, we use the best, most economical service known to your destination.

Alaska & Hawaii

If ground service is selected for shipment to Alaska or Hawaii, we will ship the order via our carrier of choice. For these states it is usually Priority Mail.

International Orders

Free Shipping

Products marked Free Shipping and orders over $300 (excluding certian items i.e motors, some pumps, and some products with dimensional weight) will ship UPS Ground in the 48 contiguous United States only. Priority shipping, motor freight (unless specifically indicated on the product page), and shipments outside the contiguous United States do not qualify for free shipping.

Stock

Products indicating Stock, Normally Stock, Usually Stock etc. are normally available to ship once the order is processed at the warehouse stocking the item(s).

Returned Merchandise

No merchandise may be returned without return authorization.
Please call to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number for any product you are returning. J&G Supply, LLC is not responsible for merchandise returned without an RGA number. Credit may not be issued for products that have been held for over 30 days from date of the original invoice.

Returned product must be in the original packaging, unmarked and in the original condition with all material, product data sheets etc. included as received. Electronics, due to their nature, may not be returned if they have been installed or if there was any attempt at installation.

Returns with crushed, torn, stained, and/or marked original product boxes or shipped without the use of a shipping box protecting the manufacturers product box are not accepted. Returned product arriving broken will not be accepted.

Merchandise returned due to overstock or customer ordering error must be returned freight paid and is subject to a 25% re-stocking charge. Shipping for warranty returns is also the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise shipped due to our error will be corrected at our expense.

Responsibility of Delivery

When a delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer to J&G Supply, LLC is completed as reported by the shipping company i.e. UPS, Fedex, etc., the responsibility of delivery for J&G Supply terminates there. Any goods that are lost, stolen, or otherwise taken from the delivery site are solely the responsibility of the customer, as J&G Supply, LLC has no control over what happens to the item(s) once they are delivered as reported by the shipping agent.

Residential deliveries may require a signature to confirm actual delivery and receipt by the customer. If there is a chance someone of age will not be available when the package will be delivered as indicated by the tracking information, please call UPS to make other delivery arrangements e.g. pick-up, neighbor etc. Homeowners seeking residential delivery that cannot accept this policy should not make purchases from this site.

Terms/No Tax

No sales tax is charged at checkout for orders shipped outside of Texas. We have our physical presence in TX and are required to charge TX sales tax, unless you provide us with a TX tax exemption certificate.  Every state has sales tax laws and every company must abide by them, even on the Internet.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to the dynamics of online commerce, J&G Supply cannot be responsible for errors and/or omissions.

Credit card orders are charged and processed at the time the order is placed. Unless the product page indicates "In Stock", it should be assumed that item is not in stock and will be ordered from our supplier. Contact us to confirm whether an item is in stock.
